The 2026 tournament will consist of the Frank Sinatra Memorial Match Play, Plus 3 rounds of Flighted events and a 3 day PHP total payout.

There will be a draw for spots Thursday during lunch. As defending champion Andy will be assigned #1.
Thursday will consist of 2 x 9 hole matches based on Draw. Within each foursome the two winners in the first match play against each other on the back and the 2 losers do the same.
This will divide the field into 4 groups WinWin, WinLose, LoseWin, LoseLose Based on head to head matchups for the 5 golfers in each of these groups the players will be ranked 1-20. The 5 Final Brackets for the FSMMP will be: A-Rankings 1-4,B-Rankings 5-8,C-Rankings 9-12,D-Rankings 13-16 and E-Rankings 17-20. (A:4WW, B:1WW&3WL, C:2WL&2LW, D:3LW&1LL, E:4LL)
Friday and Saturday will be 18 hole matches within the 5 brackets
Tied Matches will be broken by working backwards on the card. (ask if you have questions about how this works)
In matches where golfers are playing from the White tees versus an opponent playing from the Combo or Gold the handicap strokes are assigned using the hole handicap for the tees of the golfer receiving strokes. (again, ask if you have questions about this) ***2026 You can ignore this nightmare as all are Combo
Each Event will have the following payouts By Flight: (**** 2026 90% for Yellow Flight on all below)
Individual PHP (Note: PHP and Skin calculations use the hole handicap of the chosen tee-box by golfer)
	1st - $11
	2nd - $9
	3rd - $7
	4th - $5
Proxies (4 each event)			(Proxies by Event))
	$8 each	Marker colors by flight: A-Yellow B-Orange
Skins	$32 skin pot
	Max $8 + Superskin payout (calculated by flight)
In addition to the individual Event payouts there will be a payout based on overall cumulative PHP (not flighted) at conclusion of the tournament
Tournament Total (No adjusment based on Yellow/Orange)

	2nd - $8
	3rd - $6
	4th - $4
	5th - $1
Notes:
As mentioned above there is a cap on event skin payouts at $8per.($7.2 for Yellow)
Any unpaid skin money will be divided by the total skins for
the entire tournament and paid out for each skin earned.
Closest to pins - Does not need to be on green but On beats off.
Longest Shot/Putt - Shots from off the green count
Longest Drives - Must be in fairway and the winner is the drive
that is closest to the pin.
No Gimmees!!!!
Due to tie-breaks No Gimmies allowed.

Scorecards
Both carts are responsible for keeping the foursomes scores.
Cards should be compared and any issues rectified before turn in.
Both cards need to be turned in. (every year something comes up)
Horse Race
There is again a horse race for the overall tourney finish.
Please fill out and return the betting slip prior to 1:00.
You are already in for $2 across the board on yourself.
Add as many more bets as you'd like.
Every participant is required to bet $20 mininum, no maximum.
Note there are minimum requirements for total Win/Place/Show columns
